Risk Acknowledgment: Exercise carries inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with following any workout plans or fitness advice provided through this Application.

4. No Account or Registration

This Application does not require, offer, or maintain user accounts, registrations, or authentication systems. You may use the Service anonymously without providing any personal identifying information.

Implications:

• You are not required to provide your name, email address, or any personal data
• We do not store information about individual users
• Multiple uses from the same device may not be linked to a single user profile
• There is no password reset, account recovery, or profile management functionality
• We cannot verify your identity or track your usage history across sessions

5. Technical Data Collection

To operate and improve the Application, we automatically collect limited technical data when you access the Service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type and model, operating system and version, browser type and version, pages viewed and features accessed, time and duration of visit, general location (country/region level), referring URL, and anonymous usage patterns and error logs.

Purpose: Maintain and operate the Service, monitor system performance and security, analyze usage trends to improve functionality, prevent fraud and malicious activity, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention: Technical data is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized or aggregated form, then permanently deleted or archived in a manner that prevents re-identification.

6. ChatGPT Integration

The Application runs inside ChatGPT, a third-party service operated by OpenAI. All conversations and workout plans happen within ChatGPT.

Important: We do not store your workout data, exercise history, or any content from your ChatGPT conversations. Your data stays in your ChatGPT account and is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and terms of service.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's Terms of Service.

7. Local Storage and Data Retention

The Application may store information locally on your device using browser storage technologies (such as cookies, local storage, or session storage) to enhance user experience.

Important Note: All locally stored data remains entirely under your control and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser cache, cookies, or deleting the Application will remove all locally stored data.

Server Storage: We do not store any user-generated content, input data, or personal information on our servers. Any data you input into the Application exists only within ChatGPT.

8. Use Restrictions

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Application.

• Using the Application to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights
• Scraping, copying, or systematically extracting data from the Application
• Using the Application for competitive analysis without permission
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or the Company

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Application.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content provided through the Application, including text, graphics, exercise demonstrations, workout plans, and software code, is the property of Fitness Coach AI or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited Uses include downloading, copying, or reproducing Content without authorization, modifying or creating derivative works, redistributing or selling Content, using Content for commercial purposes, and removing proprietary notices.

10. Liability Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Application or Content
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
• The absence of viruses, malware, or other harmful components
• The suitability of the Application for any particular purpose

AI Disclaimer: Workout plans and exercise recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or safe for your individual circumstances. They do not constitute professional fitness or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
